Plan and enhance QA programs of warehouses, suppliers and its fresh produce.
Lead in the fresh produce quality surveillance as well as enhance its Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System to ensure produce safety and quality (i.e the ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 international standards).
Provide technical advice on food safety & quality to stakeholders.
Perform process and system audits at warehouses, retail outlets and suppliers.
